What: Hike and sleep at Swiss mountain hut
Who: Bears Crossing Over to Webelos, and Webelos 1 crossing over to Webelos 2
When: Overnight Saturday August 27-28
Meeting Time: 10:00 in Kandersteg, CH on Saturday, August 27th
Meeting Location: Oeschinensee Gondola Station on Saturday, August 27th, return to Kandersteg village around 12:00 on Sunday, August 28th
Transport: use half card from SBB Basel to Kandersteg. Train arrives at 9:41am with estimated 10 minute walk to meeting point at gondola station. Alternatively, drive 2 hours and park locally https://doldenhornhuette.com/anreise/ for suggestions and parking prices. Meeting location of Gondola Oeschinsee station offers parking at price 8 CHF per day/ 16 CHF total payable directly at the station. Overflow parking located at in Kandersteg village, adjacent to the Cable Car Museum (see map at bottom of this email)

Cost: 76 CHF per adult/ 41 CHF per age 10+/ 30 CHF per under 10 years old (includes dinner + overnight stay + breakfast)
Food: Bring your own Saturday lunch and snack (we'll eat on the trail). Dinner and breakfast provided by the hut, price included in the cost above. Departure lunch at local resto in village
Cancelation: When registering for this adventure we consider your attendance as a promise to pay the mountain warden for the number of beds you registered for (maximum 2 beds). Last chance to make changes to reservation without financial penalty is Tuesday, 23.08 at 16h. Cancelation due to inclement weather will be announced.
